Description
THE ULTIMATE RESET — A Pre-Holiday Masterclass Nathan Martin, Hannah Grice, L.Ac. & Esther Heideman Sunday, November 8 · 3–5pm · $65 As the days grow shorter and the season shifts, give your nervous system permission to slow down. November brings cold air, early darkness, and the first pull of the holiday rush. Before the chaos begins, press pause — two hours built to ground your energy, support your immunity, and quiet your mind for the season ahead. Autumn Yin (60 min). Nathan Martin leads a yin practice: floor-based shapes held for several minutes at a time, with no effort required to stay in them. Long holds work below the muscle, into the connective tissue and joints where autumn tension settles — hips, low back, shoulders. It is slow on purpose. Yin also works along the body's meridian lines, which makes it a natural opening act for the hour that follows. The Deep Hibernation (60 min). Then you settle onto padded mats and stay there. Hannah Grice of 5 Star Oriental Medicine places gentle acupuncture points to support immunity and melt stress, while Esther Heideman of The Bowl Movement bathes the room in the low, grounding vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls. Two therapies at once, nothing asked of you but to receive them. Give yourself the gift of grounding before the holidays ask for everything else.
