Description

A one-hour physical evaluation provided by Motions Studios that will assess joint, muscle and spine health, as well as balance, strength, and mobility. The assessment follows a series of low impact exercises to determine the current state for each of these areas. The assessment is based on an overall physical ability scale which factors age and any previous injuries or illnesses.
