Service Description

Vinyasa (pronounced "vin-yah-sah") is a Sanskrit word for a phrase that roughly translates as "to place in a special way." referring—in hatha yoga—to a sequence of poses. Using rhythm and repetition to stretch and strengthen the body, vinyasa yoga classes are known for their fluidity which will improve balance, coordination, and function. Vinyasa yoga sequences are often circular and are designed to smoothly transition you from pose to pose, with the intention of linking breath to movement. No two vinyasa yoga classes are the same. Open to all skill levels.
