Description

Ashley Gerczak of Blue Honey and Sarah Coghlan of Modern Folk Acupuncture join accomplished Tibetan singing bowl healer, Esther Heideman, to present an expanded workshop drawing on the vibrant energy of summer. The experience will focus on harnessing the season's warmth and vitality to nurture joy, expansion, and transformation. A series of yoga poses will be followed by a supported savasana, accompanied by acupuncture points and a vibrational healing with Tibetan singing bowls to support deep relaxation. _____________________________ About the instructors: Ashley Gerczak is the Founder of BLUE HONEY. The bulk of her training was done in NYC after a previous career in film. She found yoga to recover from stress-induced autoimmune conditions and Pilates to rehab from an injury related to marathon running. Her training is expansive and varied due to her commitment to be an eternal student and the belief that life is non-binary and there are many different paths to the same thing. BLUE HONEY is a yoga, meditation and Pilates collective founded in Irvington, VA. We believe in combining modalities to foster a sense of personal and communal wholeness. Sarah Coghlan is an acupuncturist, herbalist and flower essence practitioner. She holds a Doctorate from Daoist Traditions College of Chinese Medical Arts and Master's degree from the Pacific College of Health and Sciences in New York. Sarah is most passionate about supporting those with chronic and complex conditions, psycho-emotional-spiritual concerns, and those moving through periods of transition and rebirth.
