Co-taught by Nathan Martin and Morgann Rose, experience the entire Level 1 GYROTONIC® sequence the way it was designed-unhurried, integrated, and deeply embodied. In this three-hour workshop, we'll move through the full progression of Level 1 material with space to refine technique, explore transitions, and connect breath with dynamic, three-dimensional movement. This immersive session is ideal for committed students who want to build mastery, strengthen foundational patterns, and feel the transformative effects of a complete Level 1 practice. All levels welcome, some prior GYROTONIC® experience recommended.
